Mr. Chandra Jagadish is the founder and VP of Athma-tech Inc. He is an Electrical
Engineer with a Masters degree from Texas A&M University and has a Professional
Engineer (PE) license in Texas. He has over 20 years experience in software
engineering and Information Technology (IT) and has been the lead designer of
several software projects. He is an expert in database design and development
and is an Oracle Certified Professional. He has extensive experience in Web
application and content management system design , development and
integration. He has substantial experience in development using J2EE, Oracle,
Java, Vignette and several java frameworks. He is proficient in Java, PL/SQL, C,
C++, Pro*C, Tcl, .NET and other languages and platforms.
Dr. Usha Jagadish is the President and owner of the company. She is an
electronic design engineer and researcher with 12 years experience in
sensor/RFID integration, ASIC design, RF and wireless design, FPGA and micro-
controller programming. Dr. Jagadish has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from
the Texas A&M University. Her strong background in digital/analog circuits has
resulted in her involvement in various interesting hardware projects while at the
Oak Ridge National Laboratory. She has authored and/or co-authored over 30
publications in the area of instrumentation and circuit design. She received the
Oak Ridge National Laboratory's Significant Event Award and has been recognized
as a Woman in Science honoree.
